Paris Paris

So So Paris!



Whats up everyone, Ive been a busy boy here in Paris for the last two days. The keyboards is a little different here so dont judge me on my grammer, Im in a bit of a rush at the moment.

I arrived in Paris Friday morning around 8:30 and basically passed out in the hotel right away. Afterwards I hit it off with a pair of Aussies (Ron and Laura) from Brisbane, we spent a good chunk of the afternoon checkin out the louvre and basically taking a picture every 5 seconds. Paris is an amazing city, but like they say "there is no place like home." ie. I realize that I have taken the transit system in Van for granted for the last 5 years.

Favourite things in Paris so far have been The Luxembourg Palace, Saint Germain and Macaroons from a patisserie called Ladurèe (I think Justin is familiar).

Alright I have to head out now, next stop Munich...

Leaving Van

Hello everyone!

First off, I just want to say thanks for the great send off over the last few days... The 12 hour plane ride should give my liver just the right amount of time to catch up :)

Secondly, if you're travelling to Europe alone and you want to watch a nice little movie the night before you leave, don't watch the movie Taken. I'm basically convinced That I will be kidnapped for prostitution.

Ok, I realize I'm probaly flattering myself. All I ask is that one of you have Liam Neison's number on hand... Just incase something shady actually goes down.

Thirdly, my new futuristic wrist-watch (programmed by Taylor VV.... Shanks Tay) is telling me that it's time to board the plane. I have officially left Vancouver! Bye friends!

Hi all!

Welcome to my travel blog! For those of you who don't know, I'll be in Europe for the next two months and this will be the special place where I can connect with all of you back home.

Right now I'm just writing a list of main destinations I want to hit up. Unfortunately there are about a million things to see and only two months to see them. But such is life, I guess kasikstan will have to wait till next time. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Korotva for being so European, LadyDi for being so effecient with lists, Jaeg for finally doing his taxes and of course my parents for being the special people they are :)
